Ipsos Sr. Account Manager interview questions

Recruiter reached out to schedule a call then over a week later responds to my availability. Call went well & she was going to set up a call with hiring manager. After no response to a follow up, 2 weeks later she responds and schedules call. Call went great & scheduled another 2 calls, one with team member and one with hiring manager and 1 other person + a short presentation. Was told they would make decision by EOW. I never heard back again. I sent multiple emails to the recruiter (after receiving an OOO) and still no response. Not getting the job is fine, but could someone at least respond after a candidate puts in so much time & effort into the process?
