I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2021
Interview
Got HR call, the person seemed very friendly, and left good impression.
Then followed the 1st round. It was horrendous: multiple interviewers, neither of them spoke much, just starred. Neither of them prepared for the interview, or read my cv, or even had a set of questions. In addition to minimal talking, when one was trying to speak - used poor English and unstructured sentences, making it tricky to understand what he was trying to express. In general, it was painful to listen and completely killed my will to engage with them.
Could you invest in providing for the interviewers interviewing skills training? Good communication in the key language the team uses (e.g. English if in UK) would also help. If only one person asks questions, don't invite an audience of others who will log in with video and just keep staring at you. Only pick people who can interview/communicate and ensure that they undertake at least minimal preparation.
Given the above, decided not to proceed.

Question 1
Now you say something (not joking this is what the person said to me)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos in Aug 2019
Interview
Had an email for a quick phone call with the HR. Just questions based on my background, casual, laid-back nothing serious or hard. However two days later, I got an email to my followup that the team doesn't consider me for further review. I am kind of surprised because I thought it was a very good match to my profile and experience when I applied, and I am even more surprised to get eliminated without even talking to a single technical team member, or someone further than HR manager.
