Ipsos Associate Consultant interview questions

A written test consists of 7 long qns that candidates hv to finish within an hour, followed up by an interview with the dept director. Got a call from potential supervisor the next day, she then rescheduled the interview to an earlier date. Waited in the lobby for 20 mins then interviewed with potential supervisor for 30 mins in which she brought up office politics can be found and how she doesn't like ppl leaving the office on time. Then she sent another associate consultant (who is abt my age) into the room to take over the interview. The guy asked me if i have any other weaknesses after asking about my weakness (which is weird cos normally you were only asked once) He also stated how ppl under this flat management are afraid of being taken over by younger and more experienced staff which made the interview quite awkward. Don't think an inexperienced junior staff should take part in the hiring process as a major role...

I applied for Ipsos Business Consulting. The process took 2 weeks. I sent my CV, Cover Letter through their email and a HR Manager replied me after a few days to take a test. The test was relatively easy, they want to test you on data analysis, numerical skills and logical thinking process. The test was 2-hour long. Right after the test I had 2 separate interviews with 2 Managers. They were quite relaxing. The questions are typically what they ask in interview - tell me more about yourself, your background, why consulting, why Ipsos and they explained about the kind of job to expected and typical working days. After that I got a call the next day from one of the Managers to attend the next process - Case Presentation. They gave me a week to complete it and present to the Senior Managers. It went well and I got the offer right after.
