Four interviews with different team members and directors. Nothing too challenging or different from one to the next. It seemed like they were all trying to gather similar information, but come to a decision as a team.

Question 1
How have you solved a problem when it's come up with a client?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2021
Interview
I thought Ipsos did a great job of the hiring process, especially during COVID. I received frequent updates and the process was made very clear. It started with a recruiter reaching out on LinkedIn and then setting up an initial phone call. Second round was two video interviews. Final round was another two video interviews but one was more of a work culture fit kind of interview with other account managers on the team, which I found extremely useful in my decision making. The process took one month from initial contact.
The questions were behavioral based. Getting an understanding of data analyzing experience, time management and client management skills. Also asking about what I’d like from the position and where I see myself in a few years.

Interview
Generally pleasant experience, was recruited via LinkedIn and had an offer in about one months time from the initial contact. There were about 5 separate interviews with different people throughout the process.
