Intuitive interview questions

Phone screen by managing recruiter. Phone interview by hiring manager for one hour. Phone interview with 2 employees from the Genesis team, one hour each. Flown to Atlanta for in-person interviews and lab shadow day. Flown to Cleveland, Ohio for in-person interview with VP of Genesis team and hiring manager.

It started with a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview I was invited for an on-site full day interview. However, after I received an email with the date of the interview the interview was canceled a day before the actual date. I prepared everything and I found that it was rude to cancel the interview just a day before. When I asked them about this the recruiter responded that she forgot to send me this earlier. Highly unprofessional. No feedback was given why they canceled it all of a sudden.
