Multiple rounds of interview, First by the HR and then the technical lead. I did not get selected, I wish they provided feedback. The ones who are not selected do not get any news from the HR.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Intuitive? (make your answer creative)
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was very great. It was thorough allowing for proper vetting on both sides. After meeting initially with HR it involved meeting with a broad range of cross functional stake holders from Executives to Supervisors which provided a strong understanding of the company values, culture and where they are headed. The interviews were behavioral in nature with emphasis on cultural fit and experience. The final round consisted of a case study to better convey/prove capabilities. The hiring manager and HR were very open with regards to the company, roles and responsibilities and expectations. The interview process was defined in advance and after each round feedback was requested and provided on both sides to ensure transparency. HR followed up after each interview and continued to engage and provide updates on company announcements throughout the process
