I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuitive
Interview
PHEW! Several rounds. word of caution: don’t apply unless you are desperate like out of job or chasing something specific, the interview process will drain you. And like others have mentioned could be a giant waste of time. They will potentially call a lot of people till final panel interview. So you’ll be looking at a minimum of 40 hours of interview! That’s a weeks worth of work time!
Round 1 : Hiring Manager
Round 2: HR
Round 3: Technical with potential coworker same team
Round 4: Candidate presentation 1hr with questions and answers with maybe 10 members across the company
Round 5: Consists of panel - hiring manager 1hr, technical 1hr with coworker and another team, 30 min cross functional manager+coworker, 30 cross functional manager, 30 min head of the entire org you are interviewing for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Intuitive in Jan 2022
Interview
First I had a phone interview to discuss my resume. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the team I will be working with to discuss my experience in-depth and go over a couple of behavioral questions.

Interview
Applied online, heard back within a couple days they wanted to interview. Sent me a form to fill out with many questions about past experience. The form basically took the place of talking with HR/a recruiter. Which was great because my HR guy was meh and the only subpar part of the entire interview process (randomly didn't respond to some emails, etc) First interview was 30 min with hiring manager. I was told fairly quickly that I would be moved forward. 45 min presentation with 15 min Q&A about a past relevant project. Got a lot of great questions. ~5ish 1 on 1 interviews. Good mix of behavioral and technical questions in the one on ones. Appreciated the fact that everyone I talked with had been at intuitive for at least ~5 years. Was given the job offer within a couple weeks of the final interview round.
