Intuitive interview questions

the first round of phone interviews both experience and technical-based, asked about resume items as well as very basic technical considerations for design such as stress, failure modes, motors, and such. the second round had 2 halves: 1 with the team lead for a behavioral type/chatting type, and second half with 2 design engineers to walk through design considerations and concepts for a product, detailing design decisions

Applied online. I had a recruiter screen a week later. Smooth interview process, panel was really comfortable. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Overall a very positive experience.
