Intuitive interview questions

Unprofessional and a waste of time Not sure why they bothered calling people for interviews when they are not hiring the position The company should find better recruiters to do the screening

What does it take to get an interview at Intuitive Surgical? I’ve applied here 3 times, experience matches what they’re looking for and get declined. Clearly they have an issue keeping assistants because they’re always hiring for a new one. Perhaps they should be more flexible in their screening efforts.
