Intuitive interview questions

Frustrating. Applied, got an email to set up the first phone screen. Had a great conversation, asked for next steps, the recruiter said "I enjoyed our conversation, so I am going to pass you along to the hiring manager" and even gave me his name so I could connect, and gave me some advice on what to expect. Sent him a thank you the same day. Sent a message to the hiring manager stating my excitement to talk. Followed up with recruiter early the following week. And again the next week. And again the next week. Followed up with a different recruiter (who was actually the one who had the job posted) in the same area on LI, he read the message and didn't reply. Completely ghosted.
