Intuitive interview questions

Initial 30 min phone screening followed by 3 back-to-back interviews with hiring managers. Questions were purely behavioral (no case interview). The hiring managers I spoke with were based on an initial preference ranking between different summer intern projects.

Spoke with a recruiter which lasted for an hour as she was grilling me. Then a hiring manager video call. After that I moved on to the onsite interviews where I interviewed with 6 people separately. Overall, I felt that they are looking for someone who fits their mold of perfection. What a waste of my time this was.
