Submitted my application online. Got an email from a recruiter that they wanted to do a phone screen. Had a 15-30 minute call, got another email a couple days later that they wanted me to do a phone screen with the hiring manager. Had another 30 minute call and was told on the phone they wanted me to interview in person. Went in a week and half later for a face to face and met with the hiring manager and 2 other managers. 2 days later they emailed me and said they wanted to move forward with an offer.
