Question 1
what would you do when a customer have a question that you do not know about?
The interview process for the Senior Digital Sales Consultant role at Intuit QuickBooks was fairly straightforward. It began with two initial screening interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. The first focused on my general background and experience in digital sales, while the second was more role-specific, diving into my familiarity with QuickBooks, my sales strategies, and how I’ve handled challenges in previous roles. Both felt conversational and aimed at understanding my fit for the position. The final interview was more intensive, lasting about an hour and a half. It included a mix of behavioral and situational questions, a deep dive into my sales process, and how I’d approach specific challenges related to SMBs. Overall, it was thorough but well-organized, giving me a chance to showcase my skills and approach to the role.
