International Committee of the Red Cross interview questions

Almost a month after I submitted my application on their website, I got an email saying I should complete an assessment. There was no initial interview; I was expected to do this assessment first. This was already a red flag for me. There should be an initial interview to give the applicant the opportunity to ask some questions. But since I needed a job, I agreed to take the assessment, which was three hours long. After I submitted my work, the recruiter acknowledged receipt of the file and told me I would get an update within the week. After two weeks of not hearing from the recruiter, I sent an email to ask for an update. Nothing. Then two weeks after that, I asked for an update again. Nothing again. I find it rude that they asked applicants to do a time-consuming assessment and not have the courtesy to provide feedback, whether positive or negative.

I had a standard test before meeting hiring manager. It was easy and straightforward. After that I had another interview as they wanted me to meet some of the team members.
