I applied in-person. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross (Ereván, ) in Nov 2019
Interview
IT was very easy to have an interview. Also I had competed a very interesting online test about logic and time management question. I liked the questions which were rather meaningful for me.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross (Ginebra) in Jan 2020
Interview
I had to do an exam test, prepare 2 x 15 mins presentations (Technical and Project Management) and 2 panel interviews. Having been through this long process (after ICRC obtained all this information) the ICRC simply cancelled the process at the end without hiring anyone and without any explanation.
Questions were not complicated - if I was cynical I would say that they used the process to obtain technical ideas/information from 4 experienced candidates before they cancelled the process. Very unethical.
I applied online. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross (Kota Kinabalu) in Apr 2016
Interview
I posted my resume to ICRC on their recent advertisement. I got called for an interview. The entire interview was normal like other organisation. And the rest, they were explaining about their organisation, your tasks, basically what you do every day. The benefits.
