Interaction Design Foundation Motion Graphics Designer interview questions

4 step interview process: a technical written screener, culture fit interview which was long (like an hour +), a 16 hour design challenge, and another peer interview. Communication was nice but process was way too long and when they decided to no longer move forward with my application no feedback was given. Waste of time.
