Interaction Design Foundation Video Editor interview questions

I enjoyed the interview process. It was very different from any position I had ever applied for. It is made up of 4 or 5 different stages. The first producing a cover letter/personal statement as to why you think you're the ideal candidate for the job, ensuring you include 'an easter egg' to ensure you have put some time into researching the company interest/values. The other stages consist essentially of more questions specific to your role, work ethics and approach.

I've first applied for the process via e-mail after watching their video and awnsering a few basic questions about my background experience, why I'd like to work with IDF and other simple questions. After being selected in the 1st phase, I then was contacted by Rikke again to awnser another round of questions and after again being selected, I was then invited for a video cultural interview, which went smoothly and on-time. Then I was asked for a practical test which is totally ok by me. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it took place almost 5 days before Christmas Eve along with the fact that I'm currently working at another big company and I had to work untill december 24th. So I felt that I had so much little time to get work on the practical test, specially when it comes to creativity and design. Unfortunately I didn't went through but I completely understand that and have no regrets or hard feelings. Rikke was always very transparent and clear in every step of the way and always replied back.
