I have investigated your case and found that you received a reply after two days, which is too long. Usually, we respond within 24 hours. I understand that you've felt ghosted, and for this I take full responsibility. I will do my best to ensure, that something similar will never occur.
With regards to the missing feedback, this was not an oversight on our part. We have chosen not to provide specific feedback on the reasons behind rejected applications. If such feedback would have to be useful, it would have to be very customized, very thorough and thus very time consuming. Considering the hundreds of applications we receive for each job posting, I'm afraid that the time spent on such feedback for every rejected application would overwhelm our team.
