Interaction Design Foundation interview questions

It felt like they were not really looking for a candidate, but rather collecting data to train an AI. They sent me a very long questionnaire (12 questions) before even offering a real interview. Among those questions, I had to read an extensive article from their literature and record myself on video, write about my hobbies, describe typical work situations, etc. I spent HOURS carefully elaborating my responses, and in the end, they simply told me I didn’t move on to the interview stage, providing only very generic feedback. A total waste of my time

I thought the interview process was just a promotional marketing gimmick, a lot of research on the product and then two emails full of questions with data analysis etc which is quite lengthy process. I wasted around 10 hours preparing answering the questions, later and provided with the best i could, they just didnt give any specific answer and replied unfortunately, i am not selected and they are giving me 6 month of membership to do as many courses as i can as a compensation for the time I invested(which i am not interested to do) . There was no video call or actual call with me, so i don't even know if they really wanted to recruit.
