Insight Global Sales Associate interview questions

It was a good experience. Everyone was very nice. In one of my interviews I shadowed a sales rep making cold calls. A lot of cold calls are expected.

I was recruited by a woman through my university's job site. They reached out via email and I had two phone interviews followed by half-hour in person. There were two online tests, one for personality and compatibility with company culture, and another was a skills test.
