Everything on the initial call was a rapid test about phone presence (as would be expected in a phone call sales role). They asked me how I would deal with a client who was upset with me and a bunch of other weird situational things. Unless you love over the phone sales you should probably pass this one up,

Informal and quick. It seemed rushed almost. I feel like they had a decision the second they saw me. I am glad they ended up being up front and that I did not end up taking the job.

Went in and met with the person I had been on the phone with. Very nice and welcoming, they seem to upsell the position a little though. Looks like they turn through a lot of staff.
