Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

Very long, 3 rounds of interviews basically asking the same questions… mostly talks about your goals, work ethic, why you want to work at insight global and they want to see how your personality matches what they are looking for as a recruiter

Screening call; then 3 rounds; prep calls before each round with initial recruiter. Round 1 with sales manager, round 2 with sales manager and lead recruiter and who would be your mentor, round 3 pitch.
