I found the job listing through my college. Mainly there were questions about my strengths, social life and leadership experience. I found out that the company had a high turnover ratio because people were not satisfied with the corporate politics and high hours they had to work. What the company really looks for is not qualifications but an endearing personality and interpersonal skills, because those are the skills desrable for a recruiter.
