I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Very friendly, laid-back interview process, to just feel out your personality and people skills. Didn't delve much on professional experience, but rather lifestyle questions. Get to meet the entire staff at once following the interview.

Interview
Very friendly, but gave me the run around about location. Very unorganized when I interviewing in the location I was moving to. Did not even know that I had pre-screened in another location. Did not care about my past experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call within the next day or so. Typical phone interview covering the basics. After the phone interview I scheduled an interview for early that next week. I first interviewed with the boss of the office, who was a very friendly and laid back guy. He asked me to tell him a little about myself and why I wanted to work for Insight Global, as well as what I knew about the company. I then had probably five or six questions prepared. After this interview, an account manager came in and interviewed me. She also asked more questions about personality, described the job process, and I asked her a few more questions. I thought it went very well, and the next day got a call to set up a lunch outing for that Thursday. For this interview I showed up to the office, and was taken out to lunch by the boss and also a different account manager. During the lunch I always smiled and was very sociable even making them laugh on several occasions, and near the end asked a few more questions about the position as to show them I was very interested in the position and also to learn about them personally. We went back to the office and the boss told me he enjoyed lunch and I'd know by next monday. Received an email today saying I did not end up getting the position. I'm pretty shocked because I thought I performed great in all the interviews. I guess my only suggestion would be to sell yourself more? The interview process is very laid back so be yourself.
