The initial contact was a phone interview with the corporate recruiter. Their role is to test the waters and see if you have an outgoing personality and are able to make connections over the phone. The second interview is a face to face in the office when you meet multiple managers and establish a relationship. The third interview is typically a lunch and is meant to get down to business as well as make sure you have what it takes to be in sales.
