I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview had 3 stages, a phone interview with a corporate recruiter, an in office interview, happy hour interview. The phone interview was quite easy, the recruiter wanted to find out basic information to filter out the pool of applicants, asking questions about your background this was a 10 minute interview. The second interview was an in office one- this can be a lengthy meeting as often you will interview with more than one manager typically three 20 -30 minute interviews with Account Managers. The last interview was a happy hour which typically is an hour long where you discuss salary, and the position in depth, and get to know the manager on a more personal level discussing outside topics such as lifestyle preferences. For the second and third interview it is so important that you bring your energy to the table, the company looks more for personality and if you are able to build a relationship when selecting more so than they do your qualifications. They are trying to find like minded individuals, that meet with the culture and lifestyle and far less on your previous experience or accomplishments.
Dealing with a corporate recruiter through this process although had its advantages as they would provide tips before your interview that you may not have thought of most of these corporate recruiters are not from the Toronto Office, so having to deal with a "middle man" can sometimes communication be difficult and the process takes a lot longer. None the less a great experience, everyone in the office were extremely nice and confident individuals.

Interview
There are 3 rounds of interviews (if you make it that far). First one was a one-on-one interview on my university campus, 2nd interview was done at the Toronto office downtown, and the third interview is a 'casual' one-on-one interview during happy hour. Everybody I met was friendly and the work environment seemed fun, but this long interview process drags you along for a while, which is annoying if you don't end up getting the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Nashville, TN)
Interview
The hiring process was very long and drawn out. The first time I interviewed I met with about 3 different people, then I got called back for a 2nd interview (which took over 2 weeks!) and had lunch with the interviewer (off site) then was asked to come back to the office where I met 4 other people (I was beginning to forget what information I told who) THEN it took another 2 weeks to hear whether or not I got the job which I think is rude and disrespectful. It's a very sorority/fraternity atmosphere so beware of that.
