First I had a phone interview with one of the recruiters and then I was invited to go in to the office for the rest of the interviewing process. When I went in to the office, I had couple of one-on-one interviews with couple of different employees.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
My first interview was at my local college career center, it was more of a see if you're a good fit. The second interview was at the Austin office, they put me in a room with a floor to ceiling view of Austin it's was actually very welcoming. I interviewed with two people (at separate times) and they asked me after about an hour and a half of talking if I wanted to go meet the team. You walk through the back to a cubical type area, be prepared you're literally about to shake 30+ hands at the same time. Just try and stay collected it can be a bit overwhelming. I hear if you make it to the back you have the job, but in my case I'm being called back for a third happy hour interview. Not sure what to expect but excited for the opportunity. Seems like a cheerful place to work.
