I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Stamford, CT)
Interview
They focus on how well you can hold a conversation and make a connection with them. Prepare questions about the job process and make sure you remember who you speak with.

Interview
I did an on campus interview and then an interview at the office in Charlotte, NC. The first interview was seemed more like a conversation/personality assessment with one recruiter. The second interview at the office was more formal in front of a panel.

Interview
Met first with a recruiter for a very conversational interview. Really the only question was "tell me about yourself" and the conversation went from there. Definitely was trying to get a sense of my personality, career goals, and energy. After that, I met with two account managers who mostly described the company culture and really stressed growth opportunities. They both asked why I was interested in a sales role, but these interviews were more based on my own questions and not theirs. It was less about grilling me and more about seeing if I could lead the conversation, as a sales role really requires someone to be socially outgoing and personable.
