They use a coordinator to collect all your personal info's including salary history, and said they would get back to me. They never did. I called several times to follow up and they did not return calls. Very disappointed.

A transparent process was key. They were extremely communicative, and offered prep questions so my nerves were settled going in for the interview. The position allowed for me to grow professionally and personally.
