Insight Global Project Manager interview questions

Call from recruited asking me about my work experience and telling me I was perfect for the role even wanting to connect me with another recruiter that day. Sent references and 2 follow-up emails, then nothing. Ghosted by recruiter.

The process was a screening and interview with IG and then with Client. Interviews were average difficulty and IG helped prep candidates for client interview. Process was fairly quick, which is not common these days.
