Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

They went over my resume and asked me about it and my experience and how I liked/disliked each job or qualification. Basic Interview process. Asked me about a diffcult situation that I was able to handle and how I handled it

The first interview was an on-campus interview with a recruiter. The interview was extremely conversational and very informal. They just want to see that you're sociable, outgoing, and can carry a conversation. The second interview was in their corporate office. I interviewed with the branch manager and one of the account managers. They asked pretty basic interview questions and again it was very conversational. The third and final step in the interview process was a lunch interview with the branch manager and another account manager. In this step they just want to see your demeanor in a public setting.
