Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter who was very eager to talk to me. I got back to her within the day, we exchanged a few phone calls and she set up an interview for the following day at ten am. She told me I would be interviewing with the hiring managers (she gave me three possible names). She was very specific on what I should wear.. must wear heels, superficial things.. ect. Then when I arrived at ten a.m. I talked to a very nice girl who was an account manager as well. She informed me that the hiring managers were in year end reviews. After a nice twenty minutes conversation more than interview she said she was going to try and find someone else for me to talk to but if not she would be back. A few minutes later another boy came in and he seemed less than thrilled to talk to me. He just informed me about the company's salary and the career path. Then he said that was the last person I was talking to for the day and then left. Weirdest interview I have ever been on. And then I e-mailed all three (the two account managers I spoke with and a hiring manager who briefly introduced herself to me) I also inquired in the e-mail about speaking further about the job opportunity. I also called and e-mailed the company's corporate recruiter who reacher out to me.. and I never heard back whatsoever.

Was recruited at a school career fair. Then had a brief (15-20 minute) phone interview. Received a call a few days later saying I got the next round of interviews. Had a short (30 minute) interview on-campus with a really nice recruiter. Realized it wasn't the job for me and didn't go through with the next round of interviews despite being invited back.
