Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Fairly quick, had a good phone interview and then met in person a few days later at the NY office. There was no receptionist so I had to buzz the person I was interviewing with, which became confusing. They put me in an empty office where I waited for about 20 minutes, they definitely forgot I was there. After that I met with 3 people, each interviewer was pleasant, but rushed.
