I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
The interview process was very organized. I first received a phone call from my recruiter, just simply asking about what I was looking for in a company and the type of environment I could see myself in. I was brought in for an interview, where I interviewed mainly with the manager. They briefly looked over my resume, asking a few general questions. Most of the first interview was asking about myself- what I liked to do, if I could see myself staying in Raleigh, what motivated me, why I would choose a company like this, etc. I was able to ask plenty of questions as well. He then showed me around the office, and I got to meet everyone. It was a very friendly and energetic environment, which I really liked. I felt very at home and comfortable being there. I was then called back for a lunch interview, where I met again with the manager as well as one of the account managers. This was more personal, as they wanted to see how well I could carry a conversation in a more casual environment. After lunch, I was brought back to the office and met with several more account managers to see how I interacted with different people and to answer any other questions I had. Overall, it was a great interview process, and I heard back each time very quickly.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I drove down to their office and was interviewed by three different people separately. The interviews were very casual in the sense as they only wanted to know more about your character. They really wanted to see whether or not you could hold a conversation and if you had charisma.
