Interview
The interview process started with a phone call, a second in office interview, then a happy hour interview with the hiring manager. I was reached out to on LinkedIn by their talent acquisition manager. At the in-office interview I met with multiple recruiters.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
This process felt more like an interrogation than an interview. The only aspect of the role that was truly emphasized to me was that you had the potential to make a lot of money. I was also told a story about two employees who were up for a promotion to the company made them do a drink off / obstacle course to determine who would earn the promotion. It was an incredibly unprofessional story to tell an interviewee. I removed myself from consideration hours after my first in-person interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Brief phone screen, in person "meet and greet", formal interview over coffee/breakfast. A lot of conversation about you and your interests. You have to do most of the talking. Ask plenty of questions and be able to hold conversation. Very formal dress and behavioral standards.
