Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

After a nice phone interview, I went in for a face to face casual, conversational interview with a sales director. I also met with a current Account Manager. The interview was very laid back, where there was just casual conversation in a get-to-know-you environment. There were not many typical interview questions.

Panel- met with 3 people total- Brief Introductions and personal interview questions to learn about myself. Very laid back, fun environment, really cool atmosphere and office vibes. Loved everyone I met. Really look forward to growing within a company that has such an incredible growth opportunity and path for everyone.
