I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
phone interview, then 1 on 1, then if you get past that you get lunch. they didn't seem to want to discuss the job/why i drove 4 hours there. i don't mind talking about random things to break the ice and be personable, but honestly i felt like i wasn't given the chance to even show them a taste of my work ethic. not the interview you normally prep for. it's hard to know where the line between professional and just way too casual is with them. felt like i was in sorority recruitment all over again.

Interview
First, there is a 3 step preliminary interview process. You meet first with a corporate recruiter, then with an account manager, and finally with the sales manager. Each one has a casual conversation about your resume and explains the position. In total, the interview lasted about and hour. The final interview is out at lunch where you have a much more casual conversation with the sales manager.

Question 1
They described the office and the opportunity and then asked if I was ready for hard work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2016
Interview
bunch of frat guys and sorority girls dressed in suits. A tad overdressed for a staffing agency to say the least. I had two people address me in the front lobby before my recruiter finally came in. It was clear he was very disinterested in what I had to say and had little to no experience interviewing as he asked me the same questions he asked me over the phone. I was then asked to fill out an application that took two mins before my recruiter came back and told me the account manager was busy. What is the point of an interview if the account manager is busy!!?? They seem friendly but you can tell they are just playing you.
