I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX)
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn and scheduled an interview. I met with one person and then another person came into the room after the first person left. You start in recruiting - IT staffing, and then move up to an account manager. They train you on IT and how they work with their clients. In recruiting you'll spend 80% of your time in the office and 20% off site with an account manager. It can't take 6-8 months to get promoted from a recruiter to an account manager. The office is explained an an open environment (no cubicles), but can get crazy. The account manager builds and maintains relationships with Fortune 500 companies like Cisco and whole foods. Then the recruiter staff these businesses. The account manager takes the client on outings - lunch, sporting events, etc.

Interview
There was a basic interview process, but you could tell they interview a ton of people because there were more interviews going on in other rooms. The interviewers were respectful and laid out the job and personality requirements well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
All the interviews whether over the phone or in the office were easy going and very conversational. 3 rounds of interviews total, with the second being at their office, and the 3rd being a coffee interview to see how you drive conversation
