Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I haven't done the interview yet but the recruiter i spoke to is so nice and easy going! Seems like a great company! Hopefully I'll get them job they have recruited me for and if not I'll definitely take there help on finding something else.

Very non-traditional interview, if you show a little bit of personality and know how to keep the conversation going, you'll get the gig. If you have a little bit of looks, you'll also have no problem getting the job.
