Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Met with a Sales Manager at the office I was interviewing at. The sales manager and two different Account Managers interviewed me. I was asked to come back for a second interview where Kevin, my sales manager and another account manager took me to breakfast where I was offered the job!

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Quick phone interview, then in-person interview with basic questions. Next round they invited you out to a lunch with the team. They are really testing your ability to maintain friendly and social- always keep the conversation going.
