Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Interview went exactly how most would describe. Extremely informal...almost too informal. They want to see how easily you can carry on a conversation. Exchange coworkers in and out.

I had one interview on my university campus and one in the office in Toronto. It was not a formal interview process, it was conversation-style, which they had prepped me for. I thought as though both my interviews went smoothly and they liked me. In the second interview I feel as I did most of the asking questions, and they hardly asked me any questions. It seemed too casual. It confused me that I didn't get an offer, because I don't know what they are evaluating on.
