I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview on campus that was overall very casual but somewhat rushed. The interview was suppose to be 30 minutes but it ended at about 25. Most of the conversation was casual, but definitely come prepared to carry the conversation on by yourself and bring pertinent questions to ask. The most important question they ask is "why sales?" and after that they pretty much want to see what kind of person you are and how you can carry a conversation. I brought a decent amount of questions to ask which I would try to relate to a personal experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Denver, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
There are a series of interviews starting with a phone interview. You are then brought into the office where you meet and interview with various account managers and sales managers, and you even get the opportunity to meet every person in the sales office. The interview process is concluded with a final lunch interview with a sales manager and possibly another account manager. All interviews are extremely conversational and everyone wants to get to know you better as a person!
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Bloomington, IN) in Jan 2017
Interview
Phone interview then in person person interview, they just want to make sure you can have a conversation, although it is based a lot on level of beauty which does make sense for sales but keep in mind they are not looking to hire average looking individuals. I could tell my interviewer had lost interest in me after I hesitated on the question, which items have you not checked off your senior year bucket list?
