Interview
The weirdest interview process ever. Started off ok with the recruiter contacting me on LinkedIn and then having a phone interview. Afterwards she set up an in person one and when I came to the office, there was no front desk person to greet me. I stood there trying to find someone. Then a lady came out and asked me what I was there for and I told her an interview and she was like "who with" and i gave her the names and one of them was hers and she didn't even know she was supposed to interview me. Then she handed me off to her colleague who barely asked me any questions. I led the entire interview. Walked out of there feeling so weird. What kind of an employer doesn't know who they're interviewing or ask the potential employee any questions? Really weird

Interview
The interview process was very casual. I went through three rounds the first was a phone screen and then a face to face interview and the final interview I went out to lunch with two accounts managers. They would rotate different account managers who would go in and interview you asking general questions about experience, what I like to do for fun and why I am interested in Insight Global.

Question 1
They asked me questions about my involvement in college and what I liked to do for fun. They really want to get to know your personality and how you interact with people.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. Before that I had no experience with staffing nor the company and decided to interview as practice for other in person interviews. I had a very great experience with my first phone call interview! The interview in office was pleasant enough. I was a little turned off because my first interviewer kept fidgeting and dropping things and I was trying not to be uncomfortable. The second interviewer was very sunny and positive and I enjoyed that much more! The office seemed very laid back and a little unprofessional. Overall, definitely not what I was expecting but might be great for someone with that personality.
