I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Bellevue, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin, and after chatting we had a phone interview. She said I would be a good fit for the position, and offered me an interview at the local office. I went in to the office and I spoke to 3 different people, who all asked me the exact same, general interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Fairfax, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Only made it to the first stages of the interview. The office was very professional at the Tyson's office. All the employees I spoke to were very friendly. They ask the standard first interview Questions and expect you to be very upbeat. Make sure to great them standing up and shake their hand firmly. They interview double digit candidates so you must standout to get in the top 3 for the second round.

Question 1
The big thing they ask is to give a couple reasons why you would be a good fit and they brief you on the other questions the day prior.

Interview
Was contacted through LinkedIn and passed the phone interview. Then, went to the office for the first in-person interview. I was supposed to talk to the sales manager at 3 pm but ended up talking to him for 5 minutes around 4:15. Talked to two different account managers after waiting for at least 20 minutes. They asked me dumb questions that had no relevance to the job. It was a terrible experience and a huge waste of my time.
