I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process began with a 30 minute call where they asked great questions about your background and genuinely wanted to get to know you. They also asked why you think they should move forward with you, what some strengths are, and a time when you had to overcome rejection and how you responded. They also explain the progression from Sales training to Account Manager status, what you will be doing, how much time you'll be in office versus out of office, the company culture, and their 3 pronged approach to training. They explain it succinctly and well.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was three steps. A phone interview, an in office interview, and then a lunch interview with the sales managers. Very relaxed atmosphere. More conversational than anything. The vibe I got was very welcoming & that the interviewers were trying to get a feel for my personality & teachability more than anything.

Question 1
Name something specific that separates you for the other candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very conversational and laid back, most time is spent learning about the company. You don't need to talk much about yourself but when you do it's about why you'd be good at recruiting rather than your experience.
