I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Nice, it was more casual and more about getting a feel for your personality and seeing if you have the grit to succeed at this job. They didn’t quiz you on scenarios or anything. They made you feel comfortable and you talked about your past experience. I was interviewed by two team members and it lasted about 1 hour total for the whole process. There wasn’t much waiting but there were two other people interviewing separately that day so that gave me the impression that the position was very competitive. They did a good job discussing our daily roles and the work ethic you need to succeed at the role. Overall, the experience was good/average and they follow up a few days later to tell you if you made it to the next round.

What was a time when you failed at something and what did it teach you?
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was a pretty easy interview. Expect to be there for a long time. My interview lasted almost two hours. It wasn't like your typical interview. They have about 3 different account managers come in and ask you questions. They talk about themselves a lot and want you to ask questions about them. They really analyze how the interviewee builds rapport with them and I think this indicates whether you get the job or not.
