Ingles Markets interview questions

My interview experiance was a total joke. The store manager basically pulled up the application I submitted online, briefly read it (prob for the first time), and then asked me what my hours of availability were. That's literally it! He told me orientation was on Sat and to be prepared to take a drug test.

Quick asked what I was interested in and when I could work. Seemed very nice to begin with. And hours were fine. They hire to many and you get cut. There was a pay raise across the company. But they decided to cheat several people out of it cause they are cheap
