-Super easy and fast. Management is very busy so they don not have time to really ask a bunch of questions. Management just asked me when I could work every week. Then they explained my pay and what I was responsible for.

Interview
Talked to me about my availability first. Also about how ready I was to work. And whether or not I had friends who worked there. Lastly they asked me about what values I held, though nothing about personal beliefs or ideals.
Basically asked the same thing as others, they called me the day before and asked if I was sill interested. I said yes and came the next day at around 9 in the morning.

Interview
Nothing to be worried about. It was very easy. It was as any usual interview. They asked what youre looking for and what they had to offer. I had my oral drug test on the spot and there were all the managers for Ingles there interviewing all kinds of people. They were very professional and very friendly as well as straight forward.
