I got call from infosys texas plano location the HR person asked to apply through the online link which they send to email address.And the posted was for .Net Tech lead.
1. A web video technical round with 2 interview panels along with HR.
2. Technical questions was based on Windows application,WCF,Sql database
3. Interview lasted for 45-50 mins.

Interview
It was one day process consisting of 1 Technical and 1 HR
1)Technical was lasted around 1 houroverall interviewer was very helpful,it was more like discussion main focus on current project and technologies mentioned in CV
HR was more about why Infosys,reason for change,expectation overall it was OK,they have specific salary range they wont give more than that,if you want offer then don't negotiate just accept what they are giving.

Interview
One tech round and another was HR. Tech round was mostly about my background, getting to know me, how could I deal with lead responsibilities and challenges and of course few basic technical questions. HR was basically conveying the result of tech round and negotiating the salary. I had mentioned my expectation in the sheet which we had to complete before interview and HR said they could match it. But the catch was 40% of it was variable. ! So be careful.
