Infosys Technical Lead interview questions

Paraphernalia : Prior to 2 weeks , I got an call from the hiring team in Bangalore.It followed by 2 application forms sent to my email. One was in the format of a resume format , other was an excel sheet for capturing grade points from high school till now.I went to interview with print outs of above two and salary details. Interview : I was given a time slot.Interview started with a panel of two persons on time. Initially one of them asked about technology for about 30 mins.Then the other person asked me about process, qa etc for another 30 mins.They too asked about my expectations from Infosys (other than salary) The second round was from HR:Before I entered the room, the verdict was out.My initial salary was above the benchmark salary of Infosys(as it seems).So they asked me to join with a pay cut of 12% and I walked out.
